Åpenhetsloven

Åpenhetsloven har som formål å sikre respekt for grunnleggende menneskerettigheter og anstendige arbeidsforhold i forbindelse med produksjon av våre fiskeprodukter. Loven sikrer også at allmennheten har tilgang til informasjon om hvordan virksomheter håndterer negative konsekvenser for disse grunnleggende rettighetene.

Generell informasjon om rederiet og fartøyet.

Ramoen AS eier og opererer fabrikktråler F/T Ramoen (LDNV), som fisker og produserer sjøfryste produkter om bord. Fartøyet opererer hovedsakelig i Barentshavet, Norskehavet og Nordsjøen.

Rederiet har ca. 60 ansatte som går et 1-1 system, og 5 ansatte i administrasjonen på land. F/T Ramoen er en moderne tråler levert fra verft i 2016, og har topp moderne fasiliteter, som er bygget for å møte kravene om boforhold i mange år fremover.

Rederiet er ISM godkjent og har god sikkerhetsstatistikk, og skipet betegnes som «grønt», underforstått lavrisiko, i Sjøfartsdirektoratets databaser.

Ramoen AS har egen salgsavdeling (Ramoen Sales AS), og selger alle våre filetprodukter selv.Fabrikken om bord har system for 100% utnyttelse av fisken, der restråstoffet går til mel og fiskeolje.

Menneskerettigheter og våre verdier.

Ramoen AS, har forplikter seg til å overholde kravene etter åpenhetsloven, følger standarder for etikk, og få det integritet blant våre ansatte.

Føre et anstendige arbeidsforhold, i tråd med standarder for internasjonalt anerkjente menneskerettigheter. Være i samsvar med nasjonale og internasjonale lover, forskrifter og industri standarder, deriblant ISM-koden, og ILO Konvensjonen.

Gjennomføre en vurdering av våre kunder, og leverandører, ved å ta en generell bakgrunnssjekk som gjelder deres syn på grunnleggende menneskerettigheter, og at deres virksomhet har et anstendige arbeidsforhold i tråd med deres lands retningslinjer. Etterlevelse av standardene er en forutsetning for samarbeide og avtaleinngåelse.

Det er leverandøren eller kundens ansvar å sørge for at deres leverandører og forretningspartnere overholder kravene i åpenhetsloven.

Våre verdier er også å respektere miljøet gjennom å høste i henhold til god praksis, minimere utslipp og utnytte fisken 100 %.

The Transparency Act

The purpose of the Transparency Act is to ensure respect for basic human rights and decent working conditions in connection with the production of our fish products. The law also ensures that the general public has access to information about how businesses handle negative consequences for these fundamental rights.

General information about the shipping company and the vessel:

Ramoen AS owns and operates the factory trawler F/T Ramoen (LDNV), which fishes and produces sea-frozen products on board. The vessel operates mainly in the Barents Sea, the Norwegian Sea and the North Sea. The shipping company has approx. 60 employees who follow a 1-1 system, and 5 employees in the administration on land.

F/T Ramoen is a modern trawler delivered from the shipyard in 2016, and has state-of-the-art facilities, which have been built to meet the requirements for living conditions for many years to come.

The shipping company is ISM approved and has good safety statistics, and the ship is described as "green", meaning low risk, in the Norwegian Maritime Directorate's databases.

Ramoen AS has its own sales department, and sells all our fillet products itself.

The factory on board has a system for 100% utilization of the fish, where the remaining raw material goes into flour and fish oil.

Human rights and our values. Ramoen AS has undertaken to comply with the requirements of the Transparency Act, follow standards for ethics, and have integrity among our employees.

Maintain a decent working relationship, in line with standards for internationally recognized human rights. Comply with national and international laws, regulations and industry standards, including the ISM code, and the ILO Convention.

Carry out an assessment of our customers, and suppliers, by taking a general background check that concerns their views on basic human rights, and that their business has a decent working relationship in line with their country's guidelines. Compliance with the standards is a prerequisite for cooperation and entering into agreements. It is the supplier's or customer's responsibility to ensure that their suppliers and business partners comply with the requirements of the Transparency Act.

Our values ​​are also to respect the environment by harvesting according to good practice, minimizing emissions and utilizing the fish 100%.
